Due to the nature of the research that is being conducted within the ANDRILL project, we would like to interact only with those classes where Earth Sciences are part of the syllabus.

CONDITONS

• Registration for the project is free and needs to be conducted by a referring teacher.
• Our intention is to allow as many schools as possible to participate in the project hence registration is limited to two classes per school.
• After the on line registration all the referring teachers will be contacted via email to define the specific phases of the development of the project.
• A media kit, containing educational materials on the ANDRIL research project, consisting in DVD, poster, stickers and educational brochures on the Antarctic environment, will be sent to each school form the US project's headquarters.
• Schools participating in the project will have no expense nor will they need to provide any materials a side for a classroom, sized according to the audience, a lap-top compatible LCD projector, and a projection screen.
• Progettosmilla is also able to offer to the participating classes, if interested, the possibility of collaborating with foreign schools that are involved in the other 5 educational projects in the following countries: USA, Germany, and New Zealand.
• For the success of the project we recommend the involvement of the referring teacher with whom the content and conditions of the educational activity will be discussed (and if necessary adapted).
• Progettosmilla is also available to customize any educational coursework that the referring teacher would like to follow in regards to the ANDRILL project.
